I've just finished reading Breaking Dawn and I'll go against my current approach to writing about these books and tell you what I liked and didn't like about the concluding novel.
What I usually did with the Twilight series was read the book then watch the movie. As Breaking Dawn doesn't come out for a while, and is reportedly going to be split into two films, I thought I may as well just get the book out of the way.
The story moved on well from the other three books and it was building towards a dramatic conclusion. The problem with the end, and I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't read it, is it didn't lead to the face-off that I, and probably everyone else, expected.
I'll be looking forward to see how it is adapted to the films and will be interested to see where the first part ends.
