The persons in charge of the BBC Sport account on TAFKA Twitter asked one of the most ridiculous questions ever today. It caused me to quote tweet with 'FFS'.
Here's what was asked.
People reading the post could pick either Jude Bellingham or one of the greatest football players ever - Zinedine Zidane.
Seriously.
I know I fell into the trap of engaging with the post by exclaiming 'FFS', but this is one of the dumbest questions I have ever seen asked. And for it to be asked by the Corporation makes it even more absurd!
To put it in layman's terms, it's like asking 'which car is best - a Lexus or a Lamborghini?'
They're both nice cars, but it is not like-for-like.
For context: they're both good footballers, but they're not like-for-like.
If Bellingham ever reaches the heights of Zidane, then the England national and whichever club team he's playing for (at the moment it's Real Madrid) will do very fine indeed.
Until then, they should never be brought up in the same sentence.
