Carlo Ancelotti was fired from his job as Chelsea boss last night in what was an unsurprising move.
I wasn't surprised as speculation has been rife for weeks.
Carlo Ancelotti was not the problem, though.
Chelsea's season went down the toilet the moment the higher-ups decided to sack assistant manager - Ray Wilkins.
Then there is the fifty million pound man - Fernando Torres - being forced upon the manager after a January swoop by the club owner, Roman Abramovich.
Right there are two moments that scuppered Chelsea's season.
Ancelotti didn't have much of a say in any of it yet he is the one doing the walking.
That's football, folks.
