I missed the start of the £2 William Hill Grand Prix qualifier so decided I would give myself a rest away from poker for the evening.
Tomorrow night will be an experience playing in that Italian Amateur Poker Championship on pokerstars.
I looked at their tournament lobby and each player gets 5,000 chips to start with. This is 3,000 - 3,500 chips more than most tournaments depending on where you play.
The think tank is also set at 90 seconds which is great as most sites only give you a few seconds to contemplate your next move.
The game begins at 8pm and with those stacks and time levels it looks like it's going to be a late one.
Well, I hope it's going to be a late one because I don't anticipate leaving the game in the early stages!
The next time you read this blog you may be looking at the work of an Italian champion.
Arrivederci.
