To cut a long story short - in the episode I watched in the afternoon, a guest character had seemingly exited the programme after her brief stint.
I unwittingly then stumbled upon the news that the character returns only to be shot dead by her stalker who was arrested the other day.
This should play out on British screens in the coming weeks.
