The story concerns a two-year-old boy who was found dead alongside his sixty-year-old father after social workers and the landlady of the property they resided in found the pair.
The father had died of a heart attack leaving the young boy to spend his final days alone.
A lot of news stories hit me, but I genuinely cannot think of one that struck as strong as this one. I hate to consider how much that young lad must have struggled for those days.
I don't really know the full story about the social workers' involvement in this story, so won't pass judgement on that front.
All I can think of is those two.
