Changes

It's been one of those weeks when it comes to following professional wrestling news. Or was it?

A few days ago, it was reported that the board of directors of World Wrestling Entertainment were investigating Vince McMahon for an alleged three million Dollar settlement he gave to a former employee he is alleged to have had an affair with. As well as that, they're looking into a 100% pay rise the woman was awarded during the affair.

As a result of all this, McMahon has stepped down from his duties as CEO of the company. In his place steps his daughter, Stephanie, who had recently taken a leave of absence. She'll head WWE as an interim CEO until the investigation - which started in April - has concluded.

On the surface, it seems like a big change. For now. However, it was also stated that Vince McMahon will continue working on creative.

As well as that, they thought it was a good idea to have Vince show up on Smackdown. If ever there was a time to make a mark as an acting CEO, Stephanie McMahon-Levesque had the perfect opportunity to do so yesterday by saying 'No' to her father.

But, you can't say that to the person in charge of creative, can you?
