I found myself looking up old National Lottery scratchcards online today. In the brief search, I came across the first six versions of cards.
The cards were being sold on Ebay.
They were scratched and obviously out of date even if they were winning cards. The seller wanted about £55 for them.
Who in their right mind would buy six old scratchcards for £55?! I bet you expected me to write 'Me!' in the follow up sentence.
You'd be wrong.
The real question should be - who in their right mind would think somebody would pay £55 for old scratchies?!
