At the start of each year - on this very blog - I make annual predictions for the upcoming year. Then, on the last day of the year, I go through and look where I went wrong (or right).
Here are my guesses for what 2013 has in store.
- Notre Dame will win the BCS National Championship.
- The Rock will defeat CM Punk for the WWE title at the Royal Rumble.
- The New England Patriots will win the Super Bowl.
- Bruno Sammartino and Mick Foley will be two of the inductees at the 2013 WWE Hall of Fame.
- John Cena will win a match against The Rock at WrestleMania.
- Dolph Ziggler will cash in his Money in the Bank title shot against the winner of the World championship match at WrestleMania. He'll win the belt.
- Manchester United will win the Premier League.
- Sir Alex Ferguson will retire.
-Rafa Benitez will no longer be the interim manager at Chelsea. He'll get the job on a full-time basis. However, he'll be gone by New Year's Eve 2013.
- Life of Pi will be a big winner at the Oscars.
- One of the longest running characters in Coronation Street, Emmerdale or Eastenders will leave their respective show.
- Manchester City will lose in the FA Cup final.
- Cardiff City will not be automatically promoted to the Premier League.
- Roger Federer will win the Wimbledon final.
