I was happy to hear today that the WWE has sanctioned the third autobiography of Mick Foley.
The book will be released some time in 2007 and, just like I was with the first two autobiographies, I will be first in line on Amazon.
Have A Nice Day, the first book written by the wrestler was a New York Times bestseller and paved the way for other books of this genre.
In 2001 Mick published Foley Is Good which was the follow-up. This one also made it to the bestseller list although I am not sure if it made it to number one like the book which came out a year earlier.
In the years since the publication of the autobiographies Foley has published two childrens books and two novels.
He has also talked about writing a factual based book on how the WWE promotes Wrestlemania by having a fly on the wall type view of the build up and emotion during Wrestlemania weekend. As he ended up participating in one of the matches at this year's event he had to put the idea on hold.
I doubt the book will be attempted in 2007 either as it seems they are building towards a Vince McMahon versus Mick Foley feud at the big event in April.
