If you've been following along, you're likely aware that I have been anticipating the release of the GLOW television series that will debut on Netflix next month.
A few weeks back, I noted that I had seen some stills for the show. Well - I have now seen the trailer.
I still cannot wait.
The series is set in the 1980s and is a comedy/drama based on the real-life wrestling league GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling) that was popular back then.
Even though the real GLOW federation is long gone, I still have long-lasting memories of it as it was the first thing I watched on our home satellite system when we had it installed in the summer of 1989.
Not long to go. Netflix will upload it on June 23rd.
