As today is December 31st 2016, I'm going to check out what I predicted in this post.

Okada did indeed win in the main event of Wrestle Kingdom 10.
The Super Bowl will be won by... the Arizona Cardinals
Incorrect. The winners were the Denver Broncos.
Floyd Mayweather will return to the boxing ring by the end of the year
Nope. He still hasn't fought since September 2015.
The Rock and Ronda Rousey will wrestle Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in the main event of WrestleMania 32
Didn't happen! The Rock wasn't able to wrestle as he was working on the Baywatch movie. He did make an appearance during the event and had an extremely short match against Erick Rowan that lasted six seconds. As for Ronda - she wasn't at Mania at all.
This is one that will bug me if it doesn't come in as I have a bet on it, but I'll put it out there: Sylvester Stallone will win a best supporting actor Oscar for his role in Creed
He didn't, but was very close.
Slash and Axl Rose will not work together (there was talk that the two will reform their version of Guns N Roses for a festival at the time of posting)
I got this very wrong. Axl and Slash are back on the same page and have done shows together in 2015. They're also going on tour next year.

He did! And lost.

He didn't, but he became WWE Universal Champion even though that title didn't exist on January 1st 2016.

Yes. This did happen. Peyton Manning walked away from a spectacular career after winning his second Super Bowl.

Didn't happen. I might save this one for 2017.

This wasn't the final year of The X Factor, which did not bring any joy to my heart.

The world will go Star Wars crazy at least twice this year. First with the release of The Force Awakens on DVD/Blu-ray and then in the latter part of the year with the premiere of the spin-off movie

Pringles will release a new flavour 'potato snack' in the next year but I will not like the taste
I have to state that this is another wrong one. There was a roast chicken and herbs flavour that made me vomit shortly after eating them, but I cannot recall if that happened this year or not. The only other flavour I think that came out this year is grilled steak and I thought that flavour wasn't too bad.
One of the Celebrity Big Brother shows that will air in 2016 will be won by somebody I have never heard of before (Probably the lock of the year, to be fair!)
I was destined to win this guess as the first victor, Scotty T and the autumn winner, Bear, were unknown to me beforehand. Thankfully, I had forgotten about them until having to look back and see who won the two shows.
So, all-in-all, it wasn't a good year for predictions. I'll have to try and do better
