There is a great deal of speculation that NFL Monday Night Football will air on British Eurosport from next week.
This hasn't been confirmed by either the channel or NFL UK. However, people following the television negotiations extensively over the summer have noticed little things like Eurosport uploading its TV programme guide with 'American football' listed before taking it down again.
That's enough of a sign for me.
An announcement is imminent.
Friday evening update
When I ended the post noting how I expected an announcement to be 'imminent', I was expecting something today. Alas, things are still unofficial. They're cutting it fine.
Sunday update
It's confirmed. Monday Night Football will air on British Eurosport 2 this season. Great!
