I recorded the first round of the 2013 NFL draft and watched it on Friday afternoon.
It didn't come across as exciting as the previous years that I have watched it. It certainly wasn't as good as last year when my favourite team - Indianapolis - had the first overall pick.
I suppose the fact that I didn't bother following all the news in the months leading into this year's draft was one of the reasons why I didn't enjoy it as much. I would have usually listened to a lot of podcast episodes, radio shows and read a number of websites beforehand. This time around, I didn't do much - if any - of that.
The season is still a long way off.
