It has been ten days since I published this post in which I showed off the new American football box calendar I'm using for 2026. I feel I have to give you a few minor updates.
In the aforementioned post, I surmised that the weekend page - from A Year of Football Trivia 2026 - would consist only of quotes from famous people in the sport. I have now been able to confirm or deny my assumption. It's the latter. Last weekend's page didn't have a quotation, it was a trivia question about NFL MVPs.
I also pointed out the calendar didn't focus solely on the NFL because I have came across NCAA college questions as well.
There's more, however.
This morning's subject wasn't related to either the NFL nor college football. Nope, today's was all about the Canadian Football League!
As someone who has limited knowledge of the CFL, I can guarantee I won't have a perfect score when I check the answer tomorrow morning.
Speaking of which, I also should mention that it is possible to find out the answer immediately. You just have to curl up the page and see it on the reverse. With that said, I'm going to stick with the plan I made at the start of this year: think about the answer throughout each day and then find out the result next day once I've torn off the previous date's page.
