As soon as September hits, I make regular visits to the National Lottery's website to keep tabs on the introduction of the company's Christmas-themed scratch-cards.
This morning's visit saw me come across the card I wanted to see the most - one which has twenty-four windows and can be played each day during advent.
Last year's advent card - the '12 Pays of Christmas' - also had four jackpots. However, its prize was £100,000 a month for one year. Therefore, the 2024 version is offering £200,000 less to each potential winning player.
Another note about 2023's 12 Pays of Christmas scratchie is that it still shows up on the National Lottery's list of open games. It appears as though there is still a winning ticket out there somewhere.
You'll see, in the image above, that the site indicates there is one remaining top prize left over from last year.
My mission - as of right now - is to secure a Christmas Countdown before December 1st.
