I couldn't believe how fickle the England fans were last night.

For those unaware, the England team faced Slovakia in the round of 16 in the Euros. The opposing team were 1-0 up throughout the game.

As the game was reaching its conclusion, the commentators and the fans in the stadium were showing their displeasure at the team's performance.

Then, with thirty seconds (if that) left to play, Jude Bellingham levelled things up to send the game into extra-time.

Harry Kane made it 2-1.

And England are now, once again, world beaters.

According to the fans who - seconds from full-time - had issued last rites to Gareth Southgate's reign as England coach.

Some had even left the stadium before the equaliser went in.
