Everything Is Pink

I have to be straight up - I am fascinated at all the marketing the people associated with The Barbie Movie have done.

Everything, and everyone, is pink in all the press coverage I have seen.

I would not have been interested in this movie in any way were in not for them branding everything with the colour best associated with the Mattel doll.

I'll be very disappointed if - in a few months from now - the DVD/Blu-ray cases for the film are not pink in colour.

I'd bet the house that they'll do that gimmick when the time comes. It's perfect.
