Missing II

In yesterday's post, I wrote about the missing submersible that has not been seen since descending the Atlantic Ocean to visit the wreckage of the Titanic.

The first bit of news I woke up to was that a Canadian plane scanning the waters has been able to pick up banging in an area it was covering in its search for the missing vehicle.

I hate to state it, but - I don't know how positive that news is, to be frank. That's because of the range. It's like knowing the needle is in one particular haystack in the barn but still having to get through the stack to find it.

Every single expert I've seen on the TV - and read in print - are not optimistic at all. Those are the people who should know about this situation more than anyone else.

I'm obviously rooting for the best story to come out of this. Realism is making it hard to be positive.
