There's a movie coming out on Apple TV+ next week which looks really good.
It's called Tetris and is all about how the Russian puzzle game was developed and became one of the world's most popular titles across many gaming platforms.
I could write a post all about my introduction to Tetris. However, for now, all I can state is this: the Tetris movie intrigues me because - many years ago - I watched a documentary all about what I surmise will be the story of this film.
It still is one of the most fascinating documentaries I have ever seen. Every single time I've played Tetris since watching it, I've thought of the story behind it.
And trust me, it is a BIG tale.
I might go out of my way to rewatch the documentary before the film premieres on Apple's streaming platform on March 31st. It'll make for worthwhile background research.
