When I was looking over my blog posts yesterday, I noticed that something I wrote in September of 2018 was listed in the 'Popular Posts' section of the website (this should be to the left side of the screen if I haven't changed the layout!).
It was titled Monday Radio Listening Is Back and it's a few lines sharing my pleasure at the American football season back in full swing and being able to once again tune into my favourite sports radio stations from the USA.
Unfortunately, I cannot do that in the way I would have liked anymore thanks to a court case over here in the UK which resulted in apps only being able to stream stations from this country alone.
It ruined the fun for me.
With that said, I have other ways to listen. But - it isn't as easy as it once was.
I didn't own a home speaker back then. God, that would have been even more easier for me.
'Hey Siri, Play SportsByline USA' would have been the first thing I'd say each day of the American football season.
I wouldn't have said it on Monday or Tuesday mornings because I would have avoided the radio stations in those mornings because I didn't want the previous night's late games spoiled.
Any other day and I would have uttered those words at the top of the morning.
