The Quake

The national news has been reporting that there was an earthquake not too far from me this morning.

I evidently live far enough away because I didn’t hear, or feel, a thing.

A friend of mine, who lives closer to the epicentre than I do, hadn’t heard about it when I asked. However, she asked around and her daughter felt it.
