I bought a bag of barbecue chicken wings from Iceland yesterday and noticed something I had never seen on the packaging before.
It's something that could become a regular thing. Or it could end up being something unique during the time of a fad.
But, I'm hoping it's the former.
As a new user of an air fryer, I was surprised, yet glad, to see that Iceland has put air frying heating instructions on the back of the packaging for this particular product.
Since I first started using my air fryer - at the start of this year - I have had to refer to friends, booklets, websites or YouTube videos to work out the best ways to cook certain foods in my new machine.
I had never seen any air frying instructions on any packaging. Until yesterday.
I welcome seeing this and hope it's a sign of things to come for food items from other brands and supermarket chains.
When I finally get around to opening these wings, I'll cook them exactly as recommended on the bag just to see how they come out.
