There are reports, in Professional Wrestling circles, that WWE owner - Vince McMahon - is set to wrestle on one of the nights for this April's WrestleMania 38.
Apparently, he's set to face off with former Indianapolis Colts punter, and current WWE Smackdown color commentator - Pat McAfee.
I would say I have 'zero interest' in this. That would be a lie considering I am currently writing a post about it.
What I will say is this: I disbelieve this will happen. Well, not in the way people might be expecting.
Vince McMahon has been kept away from the ring for many years. Not just to 'wrestle' but to stand inside the squared circle.
Whenever he has appeared in front of an audience, he has done so on the stage. His words have been kept very short.
Anyone who listens to the quarterly investor calls may have also noticed that Vince is now a backseat passenger.
I don't like alluding to things, but those examples are a sign of.. something.
I'll believe it when I see it.
