The McPlant - as it is called - is, and I quote, 'made with a juicy plant-based patty co-developed with Beyond Meat featuring vegan sandwich sauce, ketchup, mustard, onion, pickles, lettuce, tomato and a vegan alternative to cheese in a sesame seeded bun'.
I've tried many vegan/plant based products over the years. I always end up liking them and it was the same with this burger.
It tasted meaty, but was obviously not meat.
The true test is to answer the question of whether I would go out of my way to eat one again. The answer is: yes, absolutely.
