I watched the first day of the Breeders Cup yesterday,
The US event is my favourite horse racing meeting ever. The reason why is because it's where I have had the most success when wagering on horses.
With that said - last night was a losing effort!
I didn't win anything. I had four losers to start with and then - in the final race - the horse I backed, Albahr, was caught in the traps before it started. This ended up with a void bet as the horse was pulled from competing.
I haven't got any bets on today's card. I'm not sure if I'll bother.
I will be watching, though.
As noted in June, ITV has picked up the coverage of the Breeders Cup 2021. That was cool because I like the channel's dedication to horse racing.
