Another mini rant today.
Windows updated my laptop on Saturday night. The updates all seemed fine when I switched it on yesterday, but - by today - things had gone awry.
I spent a good part of the morning trying to work out why my Wi-Fi adapter was no longer working. I spent hours trying to find a solution.
It got to the point where I was sitting at the screen, iPad in hand, and browsing the Currys PC World for a new laptop.
And then, when I decided 'that's what I'll get', another update kicked in and the network adapter was fully functional.
Funny that!
