If late July and early August was a big time for fans of New Japan Pro Wrestling, this weekend is a huge weekend for WWE followers.
Tonight is the NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn event. Then, tomorrow night, is SummerSlam 2015.
The company is certainly doing its best to make this weekend the summer equivalent of WrestleMania.
Firstly, the NXT show taking place in the same building as tomorrow's pay-per-view sold out. That's brilliant for WWE's feeder league.
Then, WWE has added an extra hour to SummerSlam to make it a four hour show.
For tonight, the match I am looking forward to is the main event between current NXT Champion, Finn Balor and Kevin Owens. The other bout that's intriguing me is Jushin Liger versus Tyler Breeze as it'll be the former's first WWE appearance.
Tomorrow night is all about the main event which sees The Undertaker taking on Brock Lesnar, if the advertising is anything to go by. I am looking forward to it, but am kind of looking forward to quite a lot of the fixtures on the card.
Both of these events will air live on the WWE Network. Not bad for a tenner!
