Whilst watching the Barcelona .vs. Chelsea Champions' League semi-final last night, I was anticipating what the back page headlines would read.

Would they pinpoint John Terry and his ridiculous off-the-ball knee into Alexis Shanchez?

I was favouring one about Lionel Messi hitting the woodwork with the headline being 'Missi'.

My wish won't be granted now that the ten men beat the Spanish side (unless, of course, a Spanish paper decides to use it!)

And to top it all off, Fernando Torres scored the goal of his Chelsea career. Surely that has to be in contention for one of the top stories coming out of the semi-final.

As for tonight's game between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich - I would like to see Madrid qualify.

Jose Mourinho's men versus Mourinho's former club. Now that's a great back page storyline.
