Not In The Mania Mood

There must be something wrong with me.

That's the only conclusion I can draw after watching this week's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.

I'm not in the WrestleMania mood.

Not yet, anyway.

It's less than three weeks before the event and I'm usually looking forward to Mania by now.

When the bout between John Cena and The Rock was announced in the spring of last year, I thought that WrestleMania XXVIII was going to be great. Since the announcement, it seems my interest in seeing these two wrestle has waned.

A possible reason behind my interest receding is because of The Rock and his promos.

We have had to watch a few hits and a lot of misses over the past three weeks. Last night's 'Rock Concert' had me almost - and I mean almost - hitting the fast forward button. I never fast forward The Rock segments and am surprised with myself that I almost did.

They have twenty days to win me back. It's not an impossible mission.
