The current issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has exclusively revealed that Bret 'Hitman' Hart is set to make his return to World Wrestling Entertainment.
On this past Monday night's edition of Raw, there was a tease made where Vince McMahon acted angry at the suggestion that Hart should be brought in to be one of the guest hosts of the show.
It was the first seed in what will possibly bloom to be a street fight between McMahon and Hart at next year's WrestleMania.
Realistically, Bret Hart cannot physically wrestle after suffering a stroke in 2002 so a street fight between him and the WWE owner would be the way around having to do the spots people would expect from a Hitman match.
The feud between Hart and McMahon - albeit twelve years too late - will play off their real-life animosity following the historic Montreal Screwjob where Bret was forced to submit the World title to Shawn Michaels in an unplanned finish instigated by the WWE chairman.
The short-term deal begins in January and ends in April which leads to speculation of Hart being a key part of WrestleMania XXVI.
