Cancelled Sub

I made another step in the road out of poker when I cancelled my subscription to the World Poker Tour magazine.

It's been a while since I played a proper game so I felt there was no need to have three active magazine subscriptions.

I chose to cancel the WPT Mag because - when compared to the other two - it had nothing there to tempt me into staying.

The magazine hardly ever runs decent freeroll tournaments, the news is always late by the time it was printed and the price is too much when contrasted with the rates for Inside Poker and Poker Player magazines.

I haven't even read a full issue in months so I believe I made the right choice.

Inside Poker and Poker Player offer at least two freerolls an issue so it is worthwhile to remain a subscriber with them for the time being. But, in saying that, I am tempted to end one more subscription because I think that poker bubble is about to pop soon.

Inside Poker had better watch out. They may be next!
