In yesterday's post, I wrote about betting on Euro 2020 and noted how I predicted the scores of each group game to work out what the final standings would be and then - from there - I had to guess how the knockout stage of the tournament would go.
The first game kicked off last night. It saw Italy beat Turkey with a score of 3-0.
It was the result I expected. Furthermore, it was the exact score I had predicted!
In a perfect scenario, I would have closed this post by stating how much my punt on the correct score returned.
Unfortunately - I didn't bet.
Now let's see if I pull off the correct prediction with the next Group A game; I have Wales and Switzerland to draw 1-1 later today.
