If True...

I read a really interesting fact about The Wizard of Oz movie the other day.

Apparently, the wardrobe department bought a coat from a second hand shop. The coat was worn by Frank Morgan, who played The Wizard in the movie.

Well - while filming, the actor found something inside the pocket of the coat and it confirmed the identity of its previous owner.

It was none other than L. Frank Baum, who wrote the Oz novels.

Baum had passed away in 1919 and the movie was released twenty years after that, so - IF TRUE - this is quite a crazy coincidence.
