100: Take Two

In yesterday's post, I wrote about it being one hundred years since my grandmother's birthday. In the post, I mentioned that I struggled to find anything interesting when I had a look at an 'On This Day' website.

Well, I certainly didn't have a problem this time. In my online search, I stumbled across the following cartoon that appeared in the Daily Mirror on this day in 1919.

It was created by William Kerridge Haselden and pretty much shows he had great foresight.
