Week 6 Already

I can't believe it's week six of the NFL season already.

It's flying by.

It seems like only yesterday that the Denver Broncos beat up on the Baltimore Ravens in the first game. Since that day, we've seen the Broncos be a dominant force.

And things are going to get even worse tonight when Denver - the best team in the league - plays the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The worst.

The pointspread for Denver opened up at minus twenty-eight which sort of points out how big a favourite they are.

The last time a team was a favourite like this was in 1966 when the Baltimore Colts were taking on the Atlanta Falcons.

I did a bit of research and noticed that the Falcons managed to cover the spread in that game after losing by twelve points.

I'm tempted to take a gamble on an underdog repeat.

Only for a small stake, though. Jacksonville are that bad.
