The Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Denver Broncos on Sunday night.
No, I am not crazy.
They did.
Sorta.
As I mentioned in a post last week, the Jags opened up as a twenty-eight point underdog when the LVH Sportsbook in Las Vegas posted its early lines.
On Sunday morning, I had a look and they were a 27-point dog.
To be fair, the Jaguars came to play. In my opinion, all the media talk leading up to the game about them being history-tying underdogs motivated them more than any team talk could have.
They covered the spread after losing 19-35, so Denver won where it really mattered.
Denver won where it really mattered?
Tell that to the gamblers.
