KP Choc Dips Revisited

It had been a very long time since I had a pot of KP Choc Dips. I saw them on offer in the shop yesterday so decided to buy them.

For those who don't know or have forgotten - these are the biscuit sticks that come with a side compartment filled with chocolate in order to dip the sticks into.

Upon opening them up, I noticed that they've gone the same route as other chocolate bars from our youth.

Rationing.

The box was evidently smaller than when they originally came out so it wasn't surprising to see that the chocolate dip section had been re-sized dramatically.

Way back then, I would find it hard to work out how much chocolate to put on each stick. I would often run of sticks and scoop the rest of the chocolate up with my index finger.

This problem has been solved, though.

I ran out of chocolate and ended up with leftover biscuits.

I feel sorry for the children of today. We had it much better.

If I had to choose my own finger covered in chocolate or a biscuit stick, the chocolate would win out every time.
