I made a couple of screw ups on this blog last week.
Both occurred in the post in which I wrote about breaking my vow not to watch Channel 5's coverage of the 6PM Sunday NFL games.
I was sure that the Colts versus Steelers game was going to air on Channel 5 last night. So, it came as a surprise to see the Vikings versus Lions on my TV. I immediately switched over to the Sky Sports coverage of the Colts versus Steelers.
But, that's not all.
In the very same post, I wrote that 'the Colts will also be on Channel 5' for their trip to play against the Atlanta Falcons in Berlin next weekend.
That was another error on my part. Channel 5's coverage of the NFL International Series games consisted of the three played in London and the one from Dublin. It does not include the Berlin nor Madrid fixtures that will play out over the next couple of Sundays.
The contract does have Thanksgiving coverage, though. That'll be interesting to see later this month.
