Doug At SNME

I didn't watch WWE Saturday Night's Main Event last night. 

Couldn't go through all those advert breaks in the humid night air. Even if it was chill, I wouldn't have bothered.

But, I checked out the results this morning. I also noticed a familiar face was in the audience.

Doug Dellinger!

He used to be World Championship Wrestling's head of security for many, many years. 

I actually met Dellinger after I won a meet and greet on the radio in late 2000. I went to London's Sports Cafe to meet Buff Bagwell and a couple of the WCW Nitro Girls. Dellinger was there as their escort.

He and I spoke briefly. I had my photo taken with him. He was very cool with me. With that said, considering his job at the time, I wouldn't have liked to seen him uncool with me!
