The two NFL head coaches - John and Jim - will respectively manage the Baltimore Ravens and Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football.
It'll be the first time they'll lead teams into battle against each other since Super Bowl XLVII, in February 2013, which saw John's Ravens beat Jim's San Francisco 49ers by a score of 34-31.
That game is also remembered as the 'Blackout Bowl' because there was a power cut in the midst of it.
The first NFL Harbaugh Bowl took place on Thanksgiving Night during the 2011 season. That one was also by John and the Ravens. They beat Jim and his 49ers by a score of 16-6.
As of the time of writing, the Ravens are -2.5 favourites to win tonight's meeting. They closed as -3 faves in the regular season game in 2011 but were +5 underdogs for the Super Bowl meeting fifteen months later.
The Ravens are evidently going in on a 2-0 ATS record in Harbaugh Bowls.
I have snipped my database results to show how the previous two games went.
As you can see, the Over-Under is 1-1 in the two games. For tonight's game, the total is currently at 50.5 - higher than the 40.5 and 47.5 for the previous meetings between the Harbaughs.
But that's just battles between the Harbaughs on pro level. Here's some notes about the recent history between the Ravens and tonight's opponents - the Chargers.
My database notes that the Ravens are 9-6 straight up in games against the Chargers. Of those fifteen games, they're 8-7 against the spread.
As favourites, the Ravens are 4-5 against the spread. They have played as underdogs in five other games and came out with the cover in three of them.
The Ravens are 2-2 against the spread as road favourites to the Chargers.
The most interesting stat on the database exists in the section looking at the Over-Under. The O-U is 0-7 whenever the games have been played with the Chargers as the home side.
It'll be interesting to see if the game does go Under 50.5. I wouldn't bet on, or against, it!
