Here's what it reads:
There were a few things which stood out that made me consider the email may have been a scam.
The first one is it landed in my junk folder. The second - I wouldn't have needed them to explain dead-heat rules to me. Third, and most importantly: me place a golf bet?! Never!
With that all taken into account, the email appeared to have been sent by DraftKings and I was addressed by my username at the start of the letter.
I have since found out that the email was sent by the sportsbook. However, the content was delivered to a lot of customers. The company has informed everyone to ignore the email.
That's no free bet for us. But - a lesson in dead-heat rulings was had by all!
