The Risky Purchase Arrives

On July 8th, I published a post in which I wrote about buying an American football yearbook on eBay.

I called it 'A Risky Purchase' because of my fears that the NFL season either might not happen or will be aborted before its conclusion. 

However, I have been buying the Marc Lawrence Playbook Yearbook annually since 2009 and didn't want to end what has been a tradition for me in the months leading into football season.

The book made its way through my letterbox yesterday morning. 

I still consider it a risky purchase because of my fears for the 2020 season, but I am glad I bought it. I suppose if my fears turn out true that this book will have asterisk next to it in my collection.

And if the season goes on, I have something to assist me in my gambling.
