I have just read that the Philadelphia Eagles' head coach - Doug Pederson - has asked Brett Favre to visit his team's pre-Super Bowl meeting on Saturday morning to talk to the players.
As a fan of Favre, and his accomplishments in the game, I hope his wisdom does something to inspire the team ahead of Sunday's meeting with the New England Patriots!
I am no Eagles fan, but anything to avoid another win for the Patriots is good enough for me.
