From Gamble To Farce

The benching of Eli Manning gamble that was made by the New York Giants last week didn't pay off.

The team - with Geno Smith as starting quarterback - lost to the Oakland Raiders by a score of 17-24.

It didn't end there.

On Monday - the ball club fired head coach, Ben McAdoo, and general manager - Jerry Reese.

It has been quite a calamitous season with the team going 2-10 so far in 2017, but the past week - ever since the announcement that Manning wasn't going to start after doing so for 210 games - has been even more of a farce.

I'm intrigued to see if Manning starts on Sunday.
