There's a legal wrangling going on between Nestle and Cadbury over the size of a chocolate bar.

Mad, huh?

Apparently, Nestle are arguing that the shape of its KitKat bar should not be used by other confectionery manufacturers. The High Court has ruled against them and more or less appear to give other firms the opportunity to produce chocolates in the same shape as a KitKat.

What has apparently worked against Nestle is the fact that there is a Norwegian chocolate bar that has been around longer than a KitKat. This bar uses the same shape.

This war will go on as Nestle have plans to appeal.

They really should take a break.
