SummerSlam In Brooklyn For The Next Two Years

WWE announced yesterday that SummerSlam will take place from Brooklyn for the next two years.

The Barclays Center was the venue for this year's edition of the pay-per-view. It not only hosted SummerSlam but also the NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn show the night before as well as the post-SummerSlam episode of Raw.

It was a huge success for the company. It even garnered some mainstream attention via ESPN.

I hope the three show run becomes a regular part of SummerSlam weekends from now on.

Before this year, the event had been a regular of the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It moved to the east coast as WrestleMania 31 took place on the west this year.
