Two years ago, I took a slight interest in seeing how Linda McMahon fared in the race for a US Senate seat.
She's back today for one more attempt to win the Connecticut seat and it's not looking good once again.
As a Brit, I know I should concern myself with my own country's politics. However - as a wrestling fan, I find the whole idea of Vince McMahon's wife as a potential Senator incredibly intriguing.
Her total $100 million spend in campaigning in both 2010 and this year is crazy when you consider that the odds have always been out of her favour.
Selfishly - and like a true wrestling mark - I want her to win just because I'd like to witness one of the biggest news stories associated with wrestling.
