Newspapers, radio and television covered the Carlos Tevez incident all day yesterday and now it's my time to comment.
Firstly, I have always respected Carlos Tevez the player. I was also won over by the man when I heard that he bought every single staff member of Manchester City a television for Christmas one year. That - to me - was classy.
What happened on Tuesday night was not.
Tevez's refusal to come on and play for Manchester City when he was on the bench in the team's game against Bayern Munich was absolutely unprofessional and there is no excuse that can save him from my opinion.
Roberto Mancini should never play this guy again.
Even better, the City owners should fire Tevez. This mercenary is not worth the hassle.
