Livingston FC's appeal against relegation to the Scottish Third Division has failed.
My season bet now has one void selection on it as Airdrie United were promoted from Division Two because of this ruling against Livingston.
The club has an opportunity to go further and appeal with the Scottish Football Association. Whether they do or not is the big question.
I'm hoping they do!
